Critique Service

As a teacher, children's librarian, and national speaker on early literacy, I've read thousands of picture books. Truly. And while they seem simple, it's often harder to relate a wonderful story in just 32 pages than it is 320.

I can critique your picture book manuscript and let you know if your overall sense of story is coming through clearly, give you a line-by-line edit, shine the light on what is working well and ask questions about any areas that need tweaking.

Fee: $100 for a picture book manuscript 1000 words or less.
